1. Step 1

   Quote

   Quotes priced from the product's bill of materials and real labour rates — so the margin is visible before you commit, not after the job ships.

   1. Build the BOM once

      Components, quantities and process steps live on the product — every quote reuses them.

   2. Price with live rates

      Material costs and labour rates come from the system, so a price change flows into the next quote automatically.

   3. Email, accept, convert

      Send the quote, and on acceptance it becomes the sales order and job — same numbers end to end.

2. Step 2

   Job card

   The job card links the BOM, the routing and the run — one record the floor works from and every cost books against.

   • Routing sets the step sequence: production, QC, setup, packing
   • The floor sees exactly what to make, in what order, with what material

      Code128/QR labels on shelves and products — drawing stock is a scan, and the job carries the cost.
