Can you host a system someone else built?
Usually, yes. We look at what it needs first and tell you honestly if there is anything to fix before or after the move.
How is hosting priced?
A monthly amount based on what you run and how much looking after it needs. Tell us what you have and we will quote.
Will our system be down while you move it?
We set everything up and test it before switching, so the time it is unavailable is kept as short as possible, and planned with you.
Do you host email?
We help set up domains and email so it works with your systems. Tell us what you use today and we will advise.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You email help@teacup.co.za or raise a ticket, and the same people who look after the server and the software pick it up. We respond within an hour during working hours, and the same day for after-hours emergencies raised through those channels.
What if something happens to Teacup?
Teacup has disaster recovery and key-person handover policies, so your systems are covered if someone is unavailable. We can send them to you on request.
