We had many requests from our users to build a quotation facility. After a little wait, we have completed quotation module V1. This tool lets you build and save quotations as templates. It lets you set the sage of the quotation, and set a staff member as a sales rep.
A document repository is available to upload custom files. These can be appended to the end of any quotation document. There is options for adding or removing signature area as well as default global terms and conditions. All this makes creating quotations very easy and useful inside our Job Card manufacturing software.
Add to this a simple pipeline report, it gives a nice all round feature rich quotation module.
