TeacupLive has many non-module specify features that help with day to day usage. Many of these allow our clients the ability to add additional value to the system themselves.

Features

• Setup user specific access control
• Setup employee hours rates for a standard time as well as overtime
• Password Lock any area of the system with separate special access control
• Setup email templates for bulk and scheduled emails. This emails can be logged and tracked. Emails allow for multiple short tags or variables filling in details automatically.
• Users can set up special format masks for any system input. For example, once can setup inputs masks for formating of item codes.
• Users can add custom fields to the system without contacting us. These can contain complex formula using multiple fields if needed.
