Lock and secure

A new small but powerful feature has been added, that allows Teacuplive users to lock and secure items and screens on the system. This can be used for a few reasons, one being the need to pause or lock orders and disallow other users to access it, the other can be to lock sensitive user information. There are many reasons why this is needed.
