Open Orders Screen Update

A few nice features and changes have been made to the open orders page by request. We've added 2 colour indicators that display deadline warnings as well as a green indicator showing if an order has had time spent on it. This should give managers a quicker overview on whats going on with their job cards. Thanks for the suggestion guys. Lets continue making the system awesome together!!
